It is the goal of CimmaronStJohn to ensure that our guests get the most out of their stay on St. John. We believe that guests arriving at their vacation home which has been stocked with their favorite food and drinks will not only eliminate the need to ‘go shopping’ following a long day of travel, but provide the “welcome home” feeling our vacationing guests deserve. CimmaronStJohn can provide guests with a few items for their first night and morning or a fully stocked kitchen with all of the food and beverages which may be wanted or needed during their stay.
Food and drinks ordered in advance by our quests will be purchased and delivered to the property in time for guest arrival. There will be a 15% service charge added to the total cost of the grocery provisioning order as well as a delivery charge that varies by property location. All grocery provisioning requests must be received by CimmaronStJohn at least one (1) week prior to your scheduled arrival date.
To take advantage of our grocery provisioning service, please contact CimmaronStJohn Guest Services by calling (340) 227-9255 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send our Provisioning Price Sheet (which includes estimated prices for commonly purchased items) together with an Order Form, . Once completed, return your grocery provisioning order to us by email at least one week prior to your arrival date and we will make sure that all of your requested items are delivered to your vacation home on the day of your arrival.
All of our rental properties will have the following items provided in the vacation home:

- Dish Soap
- Dishwasher Detergent *
- Trash Bags
- Toilet Paper
- Hand Soap
- Starter Supply of Bar Soap
- Laundry Detergent *
- Dryer Sheets *
