Villa Hibiscus

 

Set amongst lush, tropical landscaping, Villa Hibiscus is a luxurious, fully air conditioned 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa located high above sea level in the upscale, gated community of Virgin Grand Estates.  The large and comfortable great room features Caribbean decor, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and arched glass panels above full wall glass sliding doors leading to the pool deck and its panoramic West-facing views of the Caribbean Sea.  

The great room living area features comfortably furnishings with a Caribbean decor, a 46" flat screen television with satellite programming, a DVD player, and stereo. Adjacent to the living area is the semi-formal dining area featuring a table with seating for eight and a custom built, mahogany side boy cabinet.  The fully equipped kitchen contains all of the features and amenities needed to prepare snacks to gourmet meals and a breakfast bar with seating for casual dining or snacking.  A sliding door off the kitchen leads to a covered patio on the pool deck where guests may enjoy the casual alfresco dining area with seating for four to six.

The pool deck area features an inviting sculpted swimming pool with waterfall surrounded by expansive, beautifully tiled decks which are perfect for lounging around while taking in the fantastic ocean views.  The pool deck and villa environs are professionally landscaped with beautiful and exotic tropical gardens. Numerous lounge chairs are provided poolside and around the large deck for 'soaking up some rays' or relaxing by the pool while enjoying `sundowner` cocktails in the shade under the covered patio area. You can also prepare your alfresco dinner on the full sized BBQ grill as you watch for the 'green flash' at sunset.

Completing the amenities on the main level are the two guest bedrooms and a powder room bath which are located down a short hallway off the main entrance foyer. The first bedroom suite features two twin size beds and an en suite bath with shower. There is a sliding glass and screen door leading from this bedroom to the pool deck. The second bedroom is accessed by a connecting door from the middle bedroom or, for additional privacy, by a sliding glass door from the pool deck.   The second lower level bedroom features a king size bed with en suite bath and shower and sliding glass/screened doors leading to the pool deck. Both of these guest bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning systems, ceiling fans and flat screen televisions with cable programming and DVD players.

The large master bedroom located on the upper level is accessed by a graceful curved stairway from the main entrance foyer. Here you will enjoy a comfortable king size bed, en suite bath with double sink vanity and separate shower. Individually controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans assure comfortable climate control. There is a large flat screen television with satellite television programming and DVD player in the suite together with a small wet bar and mini-fridge. While lying in bed you will enjoy the magnificent views through the glass and screen sliding doors which lead to your own private patio overlooking the pool deck and enchanting views of the Caribbean beyond!
