Phoenix By The Sea 'hangs' majestically from the hillside overlooking beautiful Rendezvous Bay on the southern shore of St. John. This deluxe level accommodation features 3 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioning and has unforgettable and inspiring views of Rendezvous Bay and the Caribbean Sea!  The villa has been recently renovated and upgraded with high end furnishing, finishes and appliances. The villa is very private, yet only a short 10 minute drive to the main town of Cruz Bay and 5 -10 minutes further on to many of the world-renowned beaches along St. John's north shore in the Virgin Islands National Park.

Enter this Caribbean-style tropical retreat through a gated entrance and down a native stone stairway into the fully air conditioned great room where you will immediately be provided with a panoramic ocean view through the full wall sliding glass doors.  The Living Room features comfortable seating areas, a large wall mounted, flat screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa.  Adjacent to the living room, through separate arched openings is the gourmet kitchen with a native stone and granite breakfast bar and the dining area with seating for 6-8 persons.  The kitchen has granite counters and features all the appliances and amenities necessary to prepare light snacks to full meals.  The kitchen and dining area have an individually controlled air conditioner and a sliding glass door to the upper deck and outside dining area. 

The sliding glass doors from the dining area lead to the large upper deck where there is a covered outside dining area complete with a gas BBQ grill for a special alfresco meal with a view not easily forgotten.  The great room and upper bedroom sliding glass doors also open to the upper deck where there are other seating areas and the hot tub which are perfect locations for enjoying the ocean views by day and the magnificent star fields at night.

There are 3 full bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms which feature unforgettable, panoramic ocean views through the full wall glass sliding doors in each room. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and the en suite bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo.  The Garden Bedroom has twin beds which can be converted to a king sized bed, and the en suite bathroom features a Caribbean styled walk-in shower.  These two bedrooms are accessed through a set of French doors from the great room along an open covered hallway lined with a native stone wall and lush tropical vegetation. The guest laundry is also located in this hallway.  Both bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning and feature Cable TV, DVD players and full wall sliding glass doors leading to the upper deck.

A covered stairway from the upper deck leads to the lower pool deck with its equally incredible views. Enjoy the refreshing in-deck pool or sunbathe on comfortable loungers on the lower deck. The third air conditioned bedroom is also located on this level and features Cable TV, DVD player an en suite bath with walk-in tiled shower.  This bedroom has two walls of screened sliding glass doors to the deck which overlook the pool and provide dramatic panoramic vistas of the Caribbean Sea.  Whether honeymooners, a small family, or friends traveling together, your stay at Phoenix By The Sea will leave you with lasting memories of the views and the experience of relaxing in true Caribbean style!
