Popular and affordable two bedroom, two bathroom vacation villa with pool in Chocolate Hole! Set on a hillside, Meridian Villa is a charming Caribbean home that provides everything needed for a serene and private vacation getaway. The villa faces south and west with views across Chocolate Hole to St. Thomas, is just a short walk to the beach at Hart Bay and affords dramatic sunset views. Meridian is decorated in charming tropical colors with a Caribbean motif. Tile floors, native stonework and local art complete the island ambiance for an unforgettable vacation experience on St. John.
The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a tiled breakfast bar. Kitchen is stocked with all of you need for cooking and entertaining and has direct access to the veranda providing convenient access to the gas BBQ grill and comfortable, covered alfresco dining. The wrap-around veranda features sitting areas with couches for reading, relaxing or just enjoying the view. Dinner on the veranda with St. Thomas twinkling in the distance is magical. Mahogany louvered French doors lead into the home on all sides, providing a breezy, outdoor feeling to the home. A few steps down from the veranda bring you to the large, private pool deck. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, the deck offers privacy, lounge chairs for sunning/reading and an umbrella table with seating for four.
Meridian has two large, high-ceiling, air conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bath. The master bedroom has a four poster queen bed. The guest bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a king. Each bedroom opens separately to the veranda. The great room is not air conditioned, but with ceiling fans throughout the living areas and bedrooms of the house and with the abundance of screened, louvered doors and windows, the easterly trade wind breezes provide additional 'mother nature' cooling.
For snorkeling, Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole beaches are within walking distance, and the fabulous beaches of the North Shore are only a short ride by car. Conveniently located less than two miles from the dining and shopping options in Cruz Bay, Meridian is wonderful home for a honeymoon, two couples, or a small family.
If both 12/25 and 12/31 are requested together, a 10 night minimum stay may be required.
